Aimed at students who are an intermediate level and wish to practice their communication skills: To understand extensive articles and speeches about business and take part in a conversation fluently,defending different points of views, and stating advantages and disadvantages. To focus on a series of grammatical points and vocabulary taken from the following areas:
-Interpersonal relations at work.
-Job interviews.
-Presentations, meetings, conferences.
-Telephone conversations and negotiations.
-Documents: letters, emails, reports.
-Bank accounts: loans, statements.
-Franchises.
-International trade.
-Terms and conditions of an agreement.
-Business trips: eletronic reserves, visas, passport.
-Asserting and defending a personal opinion.
-Requesting information, providing personal data, placing a complaint etc.
-Talking about general themes, asserting a specific point of view.
-Expressing and reacting appropriately to orders, prohibitions, obligations and duties. The difference between what's possible and probable.
-Expressing real, unreal and hypothetical situations.
-Informing oneself about what someone has said: statements, orders, questions and requests.
